Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Singapore (D)
When you land to Singapore International Changi Airport, our tour guide and driver will meet you and accompany you to the hotel booked in advance. Teachers and students will complete checking in, then you have dinner at the hotel and time at leisure.
Day 2: Singapore Flyer – Stroll along Central Fire Station & Civil Defence Heritage Gallery (B, L, D)
The students and teachers will have an enjoyable time for breakfast at the hotel. After the meal, we get ready for the first destination: the Merlion Park at One Fullerton. Two structures of the Merlion are Merlion cubs, the collection is the landmark of Singapore. It is such a scenic walk along the Singapore River. You can seize an opportunity to take a lot of pictures with the Merlion. Teachers can require students to prepare good introduction presentations on the history of Merlion. After the Merlion Park, we could take a drive to Suntec City Mall and have a look at the Fortune Fountain.
Enjoy lunchtime at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we transfer to the Central Fire Station & Civil Defence Heritage Gallery. The Central Fire Station is the oldest fire station place to visit while you’re on holiday; however, after having a glance at this landmark, you’ll find out the reason why this place is so popular. The color-style theme exterior is stunning, with a traditional red and white color. Then we move to the impressive Civil Defence Heritage Gallery, where to display the interesting history of this landmark. A great number of activities for students – especially as they act firemen, sit in a special truck, hold station’s equipment even wear firemen’s helmet!
The students have a good dinner at the hotel and have time to talk to their friends. You will enjoy a variety of Singapore's local food like Hainanese Chicken Rice, Carrot Cake, Char Kway Teow, etc. Have free at night.
Day 3: Marina Barrage – Singapore Flyer (B, L, D)
After having breakfast, we get us onto the tour buses then off to the first destination, Marina Barrage. Coming here, students have chances to learn about the latest reservoir in Singapore. The students also learn the importance of water to Singaporeans. The little park above the Marina Barrage can be an amazing backdrop for taking photos. Next, we head to URA City Gallery to have a glance at Singapore's government efforts in the urban planning of the country. They can learn how the government of Singapore designs for new buildings while preserves old buildings to save heritage value.
After lunch, we travel to the Singapore Flyer to have a bird's eye view experience of Singapore. You will feel excited to view the city from different angles. Then, teachers and students will take a walk to Chinatown. There is a lot of information to be unpacked about the meanings and also the history of the street names.
At the end of the day, we have dinner at Maxwell Road Food Centre. Each of you can order and buy food on your own.
Day 4: Cultural City Tour (B, L, D)
Breakfast will be served at the hotel, then teachers and students gather in the lobby to get travel to Thian Hock Keng Temple. another name of this is the Temple of Heavenly Happiness, you will learn the reasons why once you step off the street and get into the temple. The feeling is like you back in time, even the world appears to slow down. The temple faces the beach and sea, stands among the street cool bars and restaurants– a decoration reminder of Chinatown's ancient styles.
The following destination is Little India. While we take a stroll along the streets in little India. The students are able to listen and have a quick look at the Indian culture in Singapore. Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we embark on the schedule to Kampong Glam, where is rated as a wonderful location due to its rich history and culture. You will go for a walk on famous streets like Haji Lane, Kandahar Street, Arab Street, where have diversified shops, restaurants.
That is all for today. We will drive you back to the hotel and there is time for you to relax before having dinner. Time at night is at leisure for you.
Day 5: Gardens by the bay– Universal studios (B, L, D)
Today, we start off the day with breakfast at the hotel. Next, teachers and students will be driven to Gardens by the Bay. Maybe you have ever heard about the term: Supertree. All about this title can be explored when you travel to this incredible gardens. They are by the Bay, where to plant 18 massive tree-shaped vertical masterpieces. The trip to this garden aims to educate and entertain students.
We will try the local cuisine in a restaurant near there. In the afternoon, we visit Universal Studios. You will have an opportunity to go beyond the screen experience the most cutting-edge rides, shows, plus attractions based on your favorite blockbuster films and also television series. A wide range of activities is available for students such as King Julien’s Beach Party-Go-Round in Far Far Away, Puss In Boots’ Giant Journey in Far Far Away, Enchanted Airways in Far Far Away, etc.
After a long day of activities, we come back to the hotel for relaxing. There will be a farewell party, and we also sum up what we have already experienced and what students can take away after the school trip.
Day 6: Departure (B)
Have breakfast in the morning then you will have time to pack your luggage up. After that, teachers and students will gather at the hotel lobby to meet tour guides and drivers. You will be escorted to the international airport to take the flight home. We wish you to enjoy the school trip and have unforgettable memories.
